CHOCOLATE PRUNE FILLING

Ingredients:

1 Recipe Prune Filling

Pinch of salt

2 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped

2 tablespoons of water

Procedure:

While prune filling is still warm, stir in chopped chocolate until melted.  Add water.
