Weekend Coffee Cake Workshop

2 Part series- Learn techniques to prepare sweet yeasted dough, croissants, fillings, streusels, and more. Menu to be determined.  Out of town students are welcome to register.  There is easy access to Newark Airport and hotels.

 

Menu:

Croissant Dough: Pain Au Chocolat, Croissant Pockets W/ Apricot & Brie

Brioche Dough: Classic Brioche, Chocolate Duet Brioche

Babka Dough: Carole’s Streusel Topped Babka

Simple Sweet Or Rich Sour Cream Dough: Cinnamon Buns, Cheese Kuchen, Fig & Walnut Loaf, Swedish Tea Ring, Woven Apricot Almond Strip
