YOGURT TOPPING Makes: 1 cup
Ingredients: 8 ounces unsweetened, low-fat yogurt 2 to 3 tablespoons strained confectioners' sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure: In a small bowl, gently stir together the yogurt and confectioners' sugar. Add the vanilla, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
